Chubb “Eye On The Ball”
When an insurance client sponsored the US Open and Australian Open for professional tennis, and stops on the PGA Champions tour for golf, they gave us the assignment of creating videos that would support the sponsorships on broadcast and streaming. Working with a very small production budget compared to the events’ big-name advertisers, I ideated a unique video style that brought energy and life to stock assets.

Our creative team connected the world of tennis to the world of insurance, with the voice over promoting Chubb as the insurance provider you could trust to “keep an eye on the ball” no matter what kind of issue arises. The concept was brought to life by sourcing and organizing hundreds of stock assets in which we could keep a tennis ball center frame. Matt also went the extra mile with some impressive 3D work.

With the success of the tennis campaign, we were asked to bring the concept to the golf world as well. I led our team in sourcing the best possible clips, storyboarding, and supervising the edit through rounds of client feedback, as Matt painstakingly manipulated and sequenced the assets.
