As a real estate company with 100,000 agents across 40 countries, Coldwell Banker was a client that required dozens of projects per year. In my time as creative director on the account, I created campaigns and led initiatives that ranged from consumer marketing to agent recruitment and retention to communications for Coldwell’s Global Luxury division.

Agent Conference Video
Every year, Coldwell Banker hosts an annual conference that hosts 5,000+ of the brand’s agents in cities like Las Vegas, New York, Miami, and Chicago. For the main stage presentation, I was responsible for ideating, writing, and executing several videos across the years designed to inspire excitement and pride for the brand amongst the agent attendees.
Annual Asset Shoot
With the demands of social media churn and the wide range of initiatives and business divisions in constant need of marketing, Carly Sorensen and I led a yearly photo and video shoot to generate tons of bespoke brand assets. Each year we travelled to a different city (LA, New York, Atlanta, Dallas) to authentically capture unique styles of homes and their surroundings, working with a core team and hiring local crew members and talent. Each time out this would yield 20+ minutes of video selects and dozens of high-quality photos for our agency and the brand to deploy across the year, and were also made available for use by the CB agent network.
The Coldwell Banker Way Recruitment Magazine
Using the photo assets generated at the shoot, Carly and I created a yearly recruitment magazine, filled with over 30 pages of content and information about the benefits of affiliating with Coldwell Banker as an agent. This became an invaluable piece of communication for the brand, with individual brokerages clamoring for copies until a print-on-demand solution was sorted out. I wrote all the copy and Carly handled the design.
Luxury Division Social
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury is the brand’s division for their top 10% of agents and most desirable properties, with some homes they sell reaching $50M+. In my time as creative director, I was responsible for creating many digital campaigns and assets that marketed this division to a high net worth target.
Additional Move Meter Video Execution
In eight years of working on the Coldwell Banker account, I wrote, executed, and music directed dozens of videos for consumer marketing, promoting various brand selling points and initiatives.
